RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Items returned after 30 days

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Email us at trustythinginc@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the item

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at trustythinginc@gmail.com. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
